Olaf’s career began with a technical foundation and developed through naval and commercial seagoing experience to command, yacht management, auditing, surveying and major project leadership.
He has served as Captain on superyachts above 100 metres and led new-build and refit projects on yachts up to approximately 160 metres. That experience connects the owner’s office with the operational realities faced at sea and in the shipyard.
A1 was created to offer selected owners and family offices direct access to that experience. Professional partners and specialists provide infrastructure where required; Olaf remains the personal senior adviser and accountable point of contact.
